I have been dining around Austin for over 7 years and I have never been more impressed by a ""Chain"" restaurant. I went in a on a Thursday night to discover live Jazz in the bar and a small but lively crowd. Service in both the bar and dining room were stellar, friendly and inviting. But on to the true story behind this place, the food! I cant tell you exactly what was in the sauce or marinade but I know it is called Butterfish, try it, you'll see what I mean! Exiting and unique appetizers, and the best desserts I have found in Austin. In paticular the Chocolate Souffle. I was shocked to find out this restaurant has been open for two years. The manager said they had relied solely on word of mouth. Well, the words from this mouth are ""Unparalleled!""
