My family has been eating at Scrubys on Univ Dr and Pines Blvd for at least 15 years. Used to have great service and food now, not so much. This establishment has gone way downhill fast. The last time i ate in the resturant the waiter was way more concerned with hitting on the hostess and talking to a table of his friends than waiting on us. We ordered and waited and waited and waited for our food. Meanwhile order after order was filled for takeout . When our food was finaly brought, the fries were cold and the bbq chicken was dry and severly overcooked. The fried chicken fingers were cooked until very dark. Today my wife brought home take out, which I couldn't even eat. Same food, prepared the same way. I called to complain and was offered a store credit to come back and eat some more crappy food. Too funny! Scrubys has seen the last of me and my money.
