I havent been there in a bit but i went 3 times since it opened and had the exact opposite experience of all the bad reviews. the wagyu ravioli is sublime and the entree was presented with exquisite preciseness. the decor is great but i can imagine why the service may have sucked for some. the management there is a bit top heavy from what i heard and the servers arent compensated well. (i heard from some staff members) i heard the group is from chicago and they probably havent conformed to NYC standards yet.
Pros: cool food, cool decor
Cons: the stuck up manger with the nice suit
