Had the worst experience at Blue Spa. Was 13 minutes late for my 1/2 hour appointment due to circumstances beyond my control. Was told that they would not see me because they have a 10 minute rule. Had never been told about the 10 minute rule. Had been a repeat customer for months. Always generous with gratituity. They would not accommodate me in any way. Said there was nothing they could do (or would do). Absolutely inflexible and didn't care about my situation at all. IN MY OPINION THESE PEOPLE DO NOT VALUE THEIR REPEAT CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
