Review content:
The business is well setup and impressive on surface. The real fun begins when you start inspecting the vehicle you fell in love with, online, looking at the pretty pictures, cool features and teasing price tag. You set up the appointment calling an hour in advance and bring your family in the searing heat of 110 degrees to test drive and get the deal and ... suddenly your eyes open to the reality.
You get into the driver's seat, turn the key and the coveted car makes a click click and drops dead. Baffled you look around to see what you did wrong and the smart sales guy ""in shorts"", suddenly remembers that the battery is dead and explains the technical issue with the extreme heat killing the battery and offers to give you a jump start to get you going.
If you have read thus far, you exactly know what I am going to tell you. Guys, spare yourself a gallon of gas and a wasted afternoon. These guys are complete non professionals and lack even common courtesy of offering a potential buyer an opportunity to properly test drive the vehicle that costs thousands of dollars. Imagine the business that cuts corner in putting a $100 battery in a $25000 vehicle to keep it roadworthy, what can you expect them to do after you bought it ? Use your common sense and go elsewhere. Learn from my experience and good luck.
