Review content:
We had work done by this company. The siding, soffits and gutter work was good but that is it. We had interior shoddy work completed by this company. During the sales pitch, we were to get ""itemized"" charges, NEVER happened. The entry door- the entry door and sidelites are not hung correctly and the trim at the toe kick area is falling off. There is a gap that we have been told the entire door needs to be replaced along with the framing. They never painted the door or side lights as they should have and now we have rust spots on it. We had carpet and pergo flooring done throughout the house- the carpet has waves in it in every room and the pergo flooring work was gaps and spaces and was never completed. Trim is missing and the company never came out to correct the problem. The heater and ac unit leak water when the AC unit is running. We need to place buckets under the drain pipes. Larry is rude and very unprofessional. They only guarantee the work for 1 year and don't respond when you have problems in the first year. BEWARE- These guys are HORRIBLE. The quality stinks and service is bargian basement. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE USE ATLANTIC HOME BUILDERS.
