Of course we did love the first review that Rockway4 posted, but her new review is just as important to me. I am Heather Dempsey-Gade, the owner and a technician at the face & Body spa. We NEVER want someone to leave without being satisfied and we always want our clients to feel comfortable communicating during their services. Communication on both ends is VERY important. I am so sorry to hear that you were less than thrilled with your treatments. And the hours we are open do vary (slightly) based on the appointments scheduled. Although we are present during the majority of them, the hours posted are the ""hours appointments are available"". We can and will always be available if someone needs us during those hours. I have tried to locate Rockway4 in our records so I could do everything possible to make it right, but have had no luck. I would like to invite you back to make up for your disappointment. We do have services and staff to suite everyone. We are here to give everyone the opportunity to relax, reenergize and enjoy! I will do what ever I can to make it right. I take great pride in the quality of service and client care we all put into our work.
