Review content:
This is a lovely spa and I have no complaints about their treatments or products. I have enjoyed the treatments I have had there very much. However, the last time I was there I felt pressured into having an additional treatment while I was in the room, even after saying no a couple of times. I finally gave in and got the treatment. I don't enjoy being upsold while I am trying to relax. The economy is bad enough as it is without being upsold on additional things. If I had truly wanted the additional treatment I would have booked it along with my other treatments. It makes me very wary to return.
Pros: Clean, nice decor, good quality products
Cons: Was disappointed to be pressured into additional services
