My experience with Metro Collision Center was very different from the horrible reviews I read.
To be honest, a tow truck did come out of nowhere to take me to the car shop and offered the service free of charge. I was very distraught and upset, but the guys at Metro were very kind and accommodating. After realizing that my insurance didn't cover any damage done to my car, I felt so helpless since I couldn't afford anything. I told Danny of my situation, and he assured me that he would do his best to help me out.
Danny gave me an estimate and stuck by that estimate. He worked out a payment plan for me, and the car was done in two and a half weeks. My car looks great! They even detailed the car and did extra work inside and out. Plus, I wasn't charged any towing fees or storage fees contrary to the other reviews.
When reading the reviews just take them at face value. Of course the people who write reviews either LOVE or HATE their experience. You don't take the time out of your day to write a review for no reason. I am very grateful for all the help that Metro Collision provided me, and I hope that people don't miss out on the great service just because of some disgruntled people. Just have faith in people and treat them with courtesy and respect. You'd be surprised how nice and helpful people are if you aren't blatantly suspicious and doubtful of people's intentions.
