Southbnd's review is right on. Danny and Company took complete advantage of me. These guys showed up at the site of accident, and almost forced me to have my car towed by them, constantly disrupting my efforts to collect information from the other parties.The documentation they gave me had no mention of price what so ever. I was shaken up by the accident and they put on a good show of seeming trustworthy so I was making poor decisions. The shop is completely closed during the weekend, and there is no way to get your vehicle. They intentionally do not tell you this, but they will charge you for the weekends. I got in an accident before the labor day weekend and they were going to charge me for all three days even though I was trying to get my car out the entire time. When I called Danny he literally said that he did not have a responsibility to inform his customers that the shop will be closed on the weekends and that the car would be inaccessible. He also said that the papers I was given said that the store would be closed on the weekends, this was a lie and a stupid one at that because I had the papers right in front of me at the time. when I called him out it it he said: ""Even the White House is closed on the weekends"". The bill for the tow 8 days of storage, only 5 of which they were even open for and two of which were half days, came to be $855!!! After a horrible phone call with Danny, the owner, in which I was lied to and threatened, they agreed to reduce the bill to $550 (exactly the same as southbnd's situation it is important to note). This was the worst consumer experience of my life.
