Review content:
When you buy 40 pound bags of dog food, why wouldn't the staff offer to get it off the rack, bring it to the counter and perhaps even help you with it to the car. Not everyone is 25 and buff that patronizes this place. The staff is not rude, just sullen, disinterested and without any interest in Customer Service. Their location is first rate. How about giving customers who are obviously north of 60 a little help. I just came back from Nashville and visited a friend who works in a pet store there. They open the door, take the product to the car and when it rains they come with an umbrella. That's what businesses do when they need customers. That's all a bit over the top but these people in Collar and Leash are probably underpaid and have no incentive to wait on customers. In a state with 12% unemployment, you should be able to find people with a little more life in them. Pros: lots of merchandise Cons: sullen work staff
