i have used this pet store for a fair few years and loved it then after spending a huge amount in setting up for new puppy and harness broke after a week. took it back and met with an accusation that dog chewed it and no way could i get my money back or a replacement.
this was of course incorrect and i disliked the way i was treated and how they did not care about my customer loyalty.
i hve obviously not returned since then due to the way i was treated
