I've been a redhead for years, but my red has never come close to looking as good as it does since I started going to Melissa. She does a superb job, my red is soft and natural-looking, and never looks washed-out, even though I have tons of grey. I get comments on it all the time -- most recently at the airport yesterday, and it was 4 weeks since I last had it done!
I LOVE this salon -- it's small and intimate, everyone remembers you (the stylists, the shampooist, the receptionist, everyone!), you don't have to ""dress up"" to go there, you'll see clients of all types from trendy twenty-somethings to high-flying business types, they make tea with cookies, it's one block from the cheapest downtown parking lot -- and best of all, they really LISTEN to what you want.
