I was new to green hills when a friend told me about Trace , I went in to inquire about laser treatments and was greeted by a very loud surprising child who waited with me until I was able to speak to the proprietor. Once in, I was given a very short, abbreviated overview of the process and felt as though I was supposed to know all about laser when I came in the door. My next appointment was rescheduled and then rescheduled again. Once I had the treatment I felt like I was no longer needed and quite frankly , it seemed as though my presence was a burden and my questions were not relevant nor were they addressed in a professional manner. In short , I would equate this experience to a long wait at the DMV only to get called up and find out I waited all that time at the wrong location and to leave because I am not needed there. It's a shame but I won't be back .
