I'm not the type of person that likes my butt kissed in a fake customer servicey way, but trying to get videos from this place ruins my night every time. There are signs plastered everywhere which tell you WHAT NOT TO DO!!!! OVER AND OVER!!! AS IF YOU ARE STUPID AND/OR DOING WHATEVER IT IS JUST TO INFURIATE THEM !!!! The post by Nicollet Village Video pretty much sums up how much they feel about their customers. Nobody's making you work in customer service, you guys. And being a professional dom probably pays better.
Pros: It's better than some chain store.
Cons: You will feel like crying when you leave.
