Review content:
Village Video is so tempting; it's nearby, indi, and at first glance, the selection and rental prices look fantastic. As other reviewers have already said, though, VV falls short in a big way. Their discs are often in poor condition- scratched or overplayed. Their files on members are disorganized and inaccurate, and the staff live up to their reputation as the worst service in Minneapolis. The fact that they disallow drop box use during daytime hours is inconvenient, and they're notorious for towing their own customers from the lot!
Pros: right in the neighborhood, 4 for $5 sounds good, surly staff are usually hot
Cons: enthusiastic towing of customers from lot, poor service, deffective DVDs, lots of fees
