Showed up at my mother's house and refused three requests for an up-front quote. After the job was begun, finally gave her a price of $1,200. She told him to stop work immediately and he still managed to talk her into paying him $600 for an incomplete, crappy job.
Don't waste your time with this guy, especially if you are a senior citizen. Don't believe me? Check his F rating at the BBB.
