Bullitt Glass offers the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I hope no other consumers get caught up in the racket they are running. They did not honor their word , provided incorrect information on the product, and then proceeded to contradict themselves and began to try and ""talk"" their way out of it. In these rough economic times we are all trying to make it, period. I have my own business and enjoy supporting local businesses when I'm able. I've ran my business successfully for years and believe ""the customer is always right"" and believe a man's word should hold some weight still. This was not the case with Bullitt Glass, I felt mislead, scammed, lied too, and just done wrong. Buyers Beware....This experienced cost me time and money.
Cons: Poor Service all around
