Review content:
Great store, except... the staff has an idiot (glasses, mustache with goatee, receding hair, wore a white plaid shirt) who can't comprehend a simple question. I brought an empty case to ask him ""Do you have this movie?"" There are only two ways to answer the question: ""Yes"" or ""No"". This dumbf**k instead said that I'm holding a jewel case, and the actual discs are on the shelf behind him. I repeated the question. He repeated the same response. Is it so difficult to answer ""Yes"" or ""No""? I got the impression that the movie has been checked out. So I asked him when is it going to be returned. He then told me about the rental policy, took a copy of the rental policy and showed it to me. Again, he refused to answer the question. I looked at him dumbfounded, because it's obvious that I'm talking to an idiot and he didn't know how to answer the simple question. It took him several minutes - and at least 5 dumbf**k responses - before he finally understood that I want to rent the movie. The staff member next to him was laughing. As dumbf**k went to find the movie, I call him an idiot. I'm sure it was loud enough for the staff member and dumbf**k to hear.
