I went to get my hair highlighted there and I'm never going back! I wanted light blond highlights, i already had faded ones that had grown out from last time i did my hair. My mom wanted me to try it so I did. It was going fine I loved what she did until she put the toner in. She put way way to much. Then she let it sit in my hair for like ten minutes. By the time she washed it off the color was pretty much gone. Everyone thinks I dyed my hair back to its orignal color. It doesn't look like I have hihglights at all! When I told her I wanted it lighter she made an excuse about how eventually the toner would fade then it would be lighter, that's not true there is no color in my hair to go lighter. Now I have to wait a couple of weeks to actually dye it back to my original color so that it doesn't end up to light when I do it again, then wait another couple of weeks to highlight it the right way! It was a waist of time and money! I'm so mad!!! Don't go if you want your hair done the right way. It still smells bad too.
Pros: They are friendly
Cons: they messed up my hair!!!
