My friend and I both joined at the end of May. I've been a member of a few different gyms, and this one definitely has the nicest facilities. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. I do like the fact that there are Womens Only facilities, which include most of the same equipment as the main facilities downstairs. The dressing rooms and showers are always clean and do include free amenities like shampoo, towels, soap, etc. A few years ago, I swore NEVER to use the showers or dressing rooms at a gym, but after a few visits, I made an exception. Even if you are a modest, private person, you will feel comfortable at Spectrum.
