A comment was posted by a woman who has never purchased an item from the Hughie and Lughie?s or even been in the store, but called and asked to return an item she purchased from an out of state on-line company. Instead of returning it to the on-line retailer she wanted a local store to exchange the costume and she is mad that the store owner refused and hung up on her? Seriously? I was in the store at the time, and Louie had to take time away from customers to deal with this woman ? twice. Idiots should be hung up on!!
