Review content:
I use this cleaners a lot, mostly because it is local and it is very near my house. I have a very expensive diaper bag that I take in every month to be cleaned. The last time I took it in, when I came back, they claimed they did not have it and acted like I had never been there before. Then another lady came out and pulled it from behind the counter. She said that they couldn't clean this type of bag. I explained that I brought it there every month, and she said no way. I even pulled out past tickets that showed "diaper bag" on it, but she wouldn't budge. It had formula spilled in and on it, so there were some significant stains. She actually told me that I had to go home and clean it before she would clean it. I left, and have never been back. They will never get my service again.
