I have been to Cube 63 twice now and when I'm not there I'm thinking about going there. The rolls are SUPERB and INNOVATIVE (those who say otherwise must be eating somewhere else). From the Pink Lady to my absolute favorite, the Volcano roll, this place is bound to please and keep you coming back for more. Even the standard stuff like the Spider, Dragon, and Rainbow rolls are top notch. Another must is the Melon Shrimp appetizer.... do not pass it up. And to top it all off... IT'S BYOB and there is a deli across the street that sells cold beer (even Sapporo). On the downside, the place is tiny... probably NOT the best place for a birthday party of 10. Reservations are a must in my opinion. Also, don't be offended if you try to push back the reservation on the night of your visit and then get some static from the hostess (especially if you have a large group of people)... the place is tiny and constantly busy! Bottom line: Best Damn Sushi this side of the Pacific! I love this place and I'll be there tonight! Pros: The food, the BYOB, the prices Cons: The space is small, but the food FAR outweighs any cons.
