I loved that I was able to make my appointments online- eyebrows, refill for solar nails and pedicure. This was the best part of the whole experience. When I got there the person that I did my appointment with told me that she couldn?t help me; so she passed me to another girl. The woman that did my pedicure was good. She was new and nervous, she didn?t know where thing were. The sad part of all this was she never got help from any one in the salon and I saw how the others talked about her. If she worked in a different salon I would have my pedicures with her every time. She did my eyebrows too. She did a great job. Then she took me to the girl that did my solar refills. Holly crap! I?ve had my nails for over 7 years and I have never ever experienced something like this. She was concerned with her cellphone and the nail work that she had done 15 minutes before the failed attempt of doing my nails. The job that she did was so bad that I made an appointment next day at another salon (my regular salon) so they could fix this (at the Saturday appointment they had to remove most of them). While I was at the salon every single employee was either on their phone, laptops, eating and there was one in a room sleeping- Never again?. Pros: online appointments Cons: Everything else
