Review content:
How is it that a New Yorker can't get service in New York Bar! My friends and I thought we were off to great start when we walked into New York Bar, until we met the bartender. The bartender refused to serve my friends from out of state, including New York, and went on to say that they could not be in the bar. Had this bartender and manager been professional and courteous in delivering this bad news...I would not be using my time to write this review...but unfortunately they were both extremely rude. As our group left the establishment, the manager sarcastically wished us a good night and good luck finding another bar that they don't own...""because we own 10 bars in town."" If you are looking for a good place to take your friends from out of state, avoid these bars: NewYork Bar, Chicago Bar, Boston Bar, Babcock bar...etc! This was the worst experience I have ever had in a San Antonio bar! Jenn Here is a similar testimony I found: www.yelom/biz/new-york-bar-san-antonio#hrid:UPC0MtRo1DS2bC4assVN-w
