Seeing the previous reviews is disappointing.. But in my own personal experience, Dr Chu is very to the point, yet personable & friendly. She listens well & is very informative when answering your questions. I haven't had any bad issues with the staff, and I love the fact when you call, you don't go through a crazy phone system. A human actually picks up the phone and schedules you within the 1st few rings. & Wait time has never been more than 10 or 15 minutes after checking in. I swtiched from Kingwood Family to Northeast family... much better staff and doctor. Thank you Dr Chu!
