TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! Whatever you do, do not bring your stuff to Auburndale Cleaning Center on Center Street in Auburn. They are completely unprofessional. I dropped off an expensive white leather purse there and was told they had to send it away and it would take 2-3 weeks to come back. I came back in 3-4 weeks, paid $40 for the cleaning, only to find that it had NOT been cleaned when I unwrapped it. Long story short, when I asked for a refund they refused - they claimed it had been cleaned and that they don't guarantee that it will come back clean anyway. WHAT?! Isn't that the service I was paying for? If they couldn't clean it, then I shouldn't have paid for it! I ended up NOT getting a refund and when I told them I would be writing a review about them online, they began yelling obscenities at me as I walked out of the store. Needless to say, DO NOT GO HERE.
UPDATE! The day after I posted this review, I received a voicemail message from an employee of the store. The man was yelling that he that he had read my review online and did not agree with it and stated that it made them sound pretty bad. He suggested that I look up liability laws. If my experience weren't bad enough...they are now calling my personal cell phone to leave awful messages. As a former small business owner, this horrifies me.
