I took out my 20 months old son from this daycare because he had 3 accidents in a week. He got cut inside his mouth, nose bleeding, swollen and brused left cheek, and several bytes. The assistant director Samantha told us, quote, ""Kids fall all the time, its normal."" The place is dirty. Whenever I went to pick up my son, he had food, glue, or dirt on his hands. Kids always have Dirty nose. He frequently got sick, and had diarrhea. He frequently had wet clothes from play ground. Came home dehydrated and very hungry. I expected 2 things from the daycare: safety, and food for my child, but they failed me. The corporate is also not doing its job of looking after its daycares.
