Review content:
Sadly,I had the same negative experience as Charlie 4321. I searched BBB and used them since they have an A+ rating. Owner talked a good talk gave me a discount but nice tech didn't deliver. Used them around March 2011. My carpet is <1 year old. Tech rushed sprayed $100 per gallon ""Pert"" to clean light pet stains then used a buffer device/vacumn. I asked him about extraction and he said ""Thats used for business offices"". Carpet had dark circles + odor. Happened upon a Home Depot ad for Chem Dry and extractor was on buffer. Called around to other Chem Dry franchises and how they clean was different from what tech did. Called Mgr. he wanted to charge me again if they came out but quickly called back. No charge. I asked for a receipt he FAXed 1st one with no mention carpet was being cleaned again. Same tech returned he used a < 5 in upholstery tool + extraction to clean 2 and a half rooms of carpet. His floor tool was clogged. What?? I had to tell him where he missed . He rushed. Carpet was soaking wet > 3hrs to dry and was stiff to touch. It hasn't been the same since. Tech supposedly doesn't work for them anymore. Thinking about using a Chem Dry again only because I'm broke and can Home Depot ccard to clean light smut off carpet due to recent wildfire in area. They have to be cleaned. Plus I can go to Home Depot if I have a problem. Home Depot on-line customer svc says their Chem Drys have gone through all the training so they will do a good job. Will post review if I do use them but, I'm feeling once bitten twice shy. This review is late - I didn't know about City Search in March and I'm still mad about the cash money wasted.
