We have used DQCC for years - they are the best kept secret in Oak Ridge North. Sam & Rick are very knowledgeable on all types of cars whether they be foreign or domestic, sedans, trucks, or SUVs - they know their vehicles. They will tell you exactly what the problem is, how much it is going to be, & when the vehicle will be ready - nothing hidden & no surprises when you pick up your vehicle. I have referred friends to DQCC, & they have been very pleased & have continued to use them for everything from state inspections to oil changes to major issues with their vehicles. It is so nice to have someone in the neighborhood who treats the customer with respect & honesty - just like a small town repair shop should be who not only remembers your name, but the history of the vehicle as well. Thank you Sam & Rick for being the role models you are for Oak Ridge North - that a person can find an honest car repair shop that still believes in fair prices, customer service, & integrity.
