Review content:
Dated materials and a dirty facility. I took my Real Estate Course (Sales person) at Lee Institute Brookline, three and a half years ago and recently took my Brokers Course. The books were the same one given to me three and a half years ago without any updates in either the general exam or the State specific questions. Referral fees and do not call procedures were some of the questions on my exam not covered at all in Lee's out dated materials. The handouts they provide are very old, some with mistakes, and references to older teaching manuals. The entire operation is stuck in a time warp. They can't even explain how the testing facility is updated, and some instructors even talk about brining money orders to pay for your testing fee. If you want to waste time, money, sit in a filthy classroom and be ill prepared for your salesperson or brokers exam than Lee is for you.
