I went in there in a very happy mood, as I am sending Valentine's Day gifts to my grandchildren, and I left the place completely infuriated! All because I had to deal with someone called Carl Laquidara there.
If you have to go there, avoid this person at the window! And if you get to his window, try to keep your mouth shut the entire time. Do your business and get out! He is a crancky, demeaning, and racially biased PO employee, which is a real pity for this office and in today's day and age!
