Review content:
I have been renting from New West Property Management for about 5 months. It was in my contract the house was ""as is"", but, every issue that I have presented them with, they have fixed. I have been very pleased with this company and I have never found anyone to be rude or unwilling to help. Dolores is just wonderful, and the office manager, Steven, has always treated me well. About the renting of foreclosed homes, I did ask about that at the time I rented. They provided me with legal papers stating, on the day I signed my papers, the house was in good standing. They told me they couldn't guarantee what would happen, but the papers were being presented in good faith. In this economy what else can they really do? I would rent again, 100%. Thanks for listening!
