I called this co. to request information on a home I am interested in renting (4718 Cortina Rancho) and the very kind receptionist refered me to the agent for the home ""Will"". I called him and he gve me a curt discripton of the home, rental price, security deposit, and mentioned a $50.00 fee for some kind of background check. As I have been a homeowner for over 17 years, I asked for an explanaton of this nonrefundable fee and shockingly was told this, and I quote: ""Well if you can't affoard it then I suggest you look somewhere else for a house"" and then immediately HUNG UP ON ME! In all of my years I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a person in the business of assisting people. I immediately called the managment co. to relay our conversation and to speak to a manager as I am still interested in the house. They took my home # and I am still waiting for a call and hopefully an apology. (Where I work, if I ever treated a potential customer with that much rudeness I would be fired on the spot-so I sincerely hope management takes a good hard look at this guy and does something about it) I am awaiting their return call.
