Review content:
I'm not an expert on property management companies but I have dealt with apartment offices and one other property management company. My dealings with the apartment offices were great and left me feeling confident that property managers would be the same. Well, they are not! The first one I dealt with left me in tears and did nothing for us. We were ignored when we had problems but if they needed something suddenly they were ""easy to reach"". To keep it short, it was a nightmare and it left me very reluctant to deal with another. Then I was put in touch with New West Property Management. I have to say they have truly changed my views. Not all property managers are the same. They are always available, always return my calls. I did let them know of my previous experience and they assured me they did not do business that way and so far, they have stood by their word. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again NWPM!!!
