My brother and father rented a home from these people. They had them sign a new lease and did not disclose to them that the home was in default. They have refused to return the security deposit, and since we refused to pay rent on a house that is going to be sold in a couple of weeks, they serve them with a 5-day notice to evict. We are fighting these con artists in court. They are doing this when they have $2,000.00 dollars of my fathers money as security.
The owner of the properties has multiple properties that these con artist manage, and half of them are in default, and I am sure the others are not being paid for. To protect yourself stay away from this company because if you don't you will be moving very shortly, and as stated in the other complaints about this company, they love to keep security deposits.
