Review content:
Excellent customer service. Its hard for me to believe that people would say that the staff is ""rude"" and ""should be fired"" because I have never been mistreated by any of the VC staff, and they've always been incredibly polite and as helpful as possible. Juan is the real deal. I refuse to go to anyone else. I have never recieved a haircut from Juan that I was displeased with, i've always walked out incredibly happy with my hair. He always give me useful tips, for example if i show him a picture of what I'd like my hair to look like, he always includes his opinion on what he thinks would look better, which i think is useful because I definitely trust his opinion. Anyways, Juan is the absolute best. :)
Pros: Always helpful, always take their time on their work and never rush, very nice staff.
Cons: The first women who cut my hair at VC pushed product purchase on me. It was annoying, if i want a product ill ask for it.
