Review content:
I made the mistake of choosing this dentist for my DMO plan without knowing anything about him. First, I had a dental emergency for which I did not receive a call back for more than 24 hours. Needless to say, I had the problem taken care of by another dentist. Then, I waited a month for my first ""cleaning"" appointment, only to show up and have them tell me they were not going to do ANYTHING that day and they would see me in a month for a cleaning and filling. After having the filling done, nearly a month later I am still having severe discomfort. After calling 4 or 5 times to complain (it was really more times than that, but I kept getting either no answer or a busy signal) and asking Dr. Cordera to take a look, he finally consented, only to tell me I need to ""get used"" to the pain and discomfort and ""maybe later on we'll give you a root canal.""!! On top of this, he was very condescending about the whole matter. Another disarming fact is that his office does not accept credit/debit cards OR my insurance flex-spending card. Obviously, I've changed my dentist. BUYER BEWARE!!
