My car was towed and damaged from this business. Upon reading the right of indiviuals, it says that when I pay I should get a claim form. I was never presented the claim form and had to ask several times for it. They kept asking me how do I know its damaged. the rights also said to turn it in there. When I tried to give it to the cashier he told me to mail it. Knowing I would never get a response, or get help fixing my car from this shady dealer, i asked him to tell me that again on my cell phone video camera. He gave me a rude gesture and would not talk to me again. The indivual behind me was worried about it and told him if he didnt get a claim form now he wouldnt sign it and the cashier told him dont sign you dont get your car. I think if they were legit they would be will to help u fill out forms and take pictures.
Pros: security low 10 year old can circumvent it
