Review content:
Dear friends, I am a small business owner myself and appreciate the courtesy that if someone is going to take their business elsewhere I appreciate them letting me know the reason why. My partner and I own a local business and bring several trucks in to have them washed and have the oil changed. I always bring mine to this location. Today I was turned away from having my truck washed because I had a small bag of trash in the back. I would understand if I had several bags, or if I wasn't someone you knew, or IF I DIDN'T OFFER TO HOLD ONTO THE BAG UNTIL THE WASH WAS COMPLETE AND THEN PUT IT BACK IN THE TRUCK. None of this was taken into account however. I left with a dirty truck and a sour taste. You may not see it this way, but I try to go the extra mile for my customers, especially in times like these. Rules are rules, and I of all people understand this, but a little bit of common sense goes a long way in business. Pros: Do a good job, convenient oil change, timely car wash. Cons: Lack of common sense in business judgement.
