This store is a diamond in the rough. There are sooo many beautiful and truly unique items in the shop that you could spend hours just perusing them.
I went into the shop to find 2 small side rubies to set, along with a larger center stone, into a ring I'd gotten from my grandmother. The 2 gentlemen (one of them being the owner) were very helpful and accommodating. I found the perfect side stones and arranged to have Gerald rebuild the prongs and set the stones for me. He was so awesome! The price was very fair, and he rearranged his busy schedule, working late into the night, just to have the ring finished for me by the very next day! Here I was thinking it would take at least a week or 2 as the fastest. It's nice to know that there are still jewelers out there who really care about their customers.
Note: I do recommend coming at a time when the store is not busy if you prefer one on one service :)
