First of all, I had taken my first son there since they opened (5yrs ago I believe). I was so happy with this place because they were so quick to take him in and do what they had to do and got out good. They even have the pharmacy next door so that you can get ur meds quick. Anywho, I switched PCP's almost a year ago bc I had moved away from that area, but now that I moved back, I took my sick two year old for a doctor visit yesterday and it was far from a great experience. I walked in at 5:20pm (according to their schedule, they close at six) and they did not take my sick son in. They do take walk in visits, but check this out; The plum asian receptionist first questioned me why did I wait this long to bring him in. I work from 9am to 5pm and even got an approval to get out of work early to make it in time to take my son to the clinic. Well I just looked at her like WTH??? The she told me ""Well, the doctor cannot take you in because it is 5:22, but I can schedule an appointment for your son to be seen tomorrow."" wth?? my son is running a fever of 101.4. I reminded her that the office closes at 6pm, but still, she refused to take my son in stating that there is still one more patient that she is seeing now and that that was the last patient she was going to see. Anyway the thing is that twice before this time, I had taken my kids in for shots already having an apointment, and still I had to wait there atleast three hours to get out of there. It takes them one hour to call you in to the room. Then it takes them atleast 45mins for the doctor to actually see the patient. Then you have to wait 15mins for the other nurse to come in and administer the shots. After that, you have to wait another 15mins for them to bring you back the shot record. They have way too many patients that they can handle, and their staff is lazy even if they have about seven receptionists dressed in scrubbs out there pretending to work. One of them was biting on her nails... the other two were just blah blah blah... and the others idk what they were doing. Maybe they are also the reason why they are so slow in getting you serviced. Excuse me if my review is so darn negative, but today I am still upset that my son was not seen by the pediatric. All of these happenings are true and are my own experiences. My friend also had to switch pedies because their service was horrible aswell.
