Review content:
For several years, I had a Lexus, and I have had a Toyota. My Mother has had a Toyota, as has my brother. In 2003 I purchased a dismal Lexus ES250. I was 18 years old when I bought it, and had NO IDEA what to look for in that type of car. I soon found out it needed THOUSANDS of dollars worth of repairs. Jason Phan at JP Importz in Garland hooked me up. Cam seals, crank seals, rear main seal, clogged radiator, power steering rack replacement, power steering pump replacement, the list went on and on. A friend of mine on ClubLexus referred me to Jason. JP Importz was more than happy to put the time and effort into a car that most mechanics would have said ""why bother?"" or, ""I'm not going to waste my time"". Jason knew as an 18 year old kid I had little money, so he worked with me on payments and even let me do some of the work in the shop to keep my costs down. After a few trips to JP Importz, my car was no longer leaking 3 quarts of oil a week, it was running smooth, riding smooth and turning without killing me! Each repair took many hours, and as a result, I got a better deal. I even got to drive around in a newer Lexus for a week at a time while he had my car torn apart. My parents saw the work he did on my Lexus, and my mother began taking her brand-new Toyota Camry there in 2005 for services, at a fraction of the dealer's cost. Each time, she too got a reliable, comfortable loaner to drive. So since 2003, JP Importz has been our family mechanic. Jason and his guys will treat you right whether you are in for thousands of dollars worth of custom work, or simply in for an oil change. His rates are better than the dealer too! JP Importz has free loaner cars so you don't have to be inconvenienced with trying to find a ride to work, or having to wait for hours. JP Importz uses only Toyota/Lexus parts and employs only ASE Certified technicians, using the latest and greatest in automotive technology to get the job done right the first time. They also can access the Toyota National Database, so handling warranty claims is easy. There should be no reason to go back to your dealer ever again. After all, service departments are where they make their money. JP Importz cuts out the middle man, so they don't have to pass this cost on to the customer. So whether your Toyota/Lexus is 25 years old, or is brand new coming in for its first oil change, you know you are in good hands with JP Importz Toyota/Lexus Tuning and Repair. Pros: Great prices, free loaners, Toyota/Lexus Certified warranty Cons: NONE.
