I agree with the review before mine. The owner is all about the owner. She never listens...and she only knows one word...SASSY...they slap dye all over your face and then act upset when you ask them to try to clean it off. really taking the time to take care of you takes away from them and the next customer and more money for their pocket....you are not even treated as an appreciated customer but a dollar sign...slap it out....get you up and show me the money...I have been going to Veronyka for about 5 years and I was so mad at myself the other day for letting her do my hair again and the botch job she did...edward scissorhands is right....money hungry, arrogant and haughty...too busy preening in the mirror with the little beret and stillettos....they get two or three people around you to blow dry you out ....hyper...hyper...rush rush rush...I mean it don't go...Sister Sonia is very nice though
