Review content:
After getting the run around at 2 different Cohen's location I went to General Vision Services a part of Cohen's at this location. They took my prescription without a problem. Was asked to select a frame and indicated that I really liked my present frame and would prefer to reuse it. The attendant kept pressing me to select a frame. In the end I did on some kind of instinct. She was not satisified at this point, wanted then to take out a $20.00 insurance on the glasses. How ridiculous for a pair of reading glasses. I declined and was told that my glasses would ready in 7 days. On the 10th day I called and was told that I will receive a call when it is ready. I called again on the 15th day after handing in my prescription and was told that I will receive a call when it is ready. I called again on the 16th day after handing in my prescription and was told that my glasses are ready. It was ready since about 5 days ago and they had called but no one answered. All of my calls go to voice mail when no one picks up, my phone does not 'ring and ring' and all of my messages are transferred directly to two email accounts and I always see all of my messages that are in my email inbox. They supposedly called once and they did not make an effort to call again. Is this professional service? Do they really want clients to return again and again?
