WORST customer service I have ever had.
I got a call when my glasses had arrived for me to pick them up. However, I paid $20 extra for them to be shipped to my house. I called to make sure they were sending them like we discussed.
TWO WEEKS later, my glasses had not yet arrived. I called again and the staff was rude and unwilling to take the time to give me a status over the phone. So I kept calling, probably about 10 times over a few days. ANOTHER WEEK later, my glasses arrived, with a postage date of two days prior to our last conversation, which means they were sitting there for 3 weeks!
