I was invited to Prime about a year ago when they first opened and had a terrible experience. It was so bad I actually remember my waiter's name, Nate. He was so rude we felt uncomfortable every time we asked for something, which was a lot because are drinks came out wrong and they weren't very good, we never got water refills, we were missing sides and utensils and the staff were all huddled in the back standing around. The food was disappointing the desert tray (we had to ask for because Nate gave us our bill without asking if we wanted coffee or dessert) looked disgusting. It was old and dry. At the end of all that we were given a bill upwards of $400. I felt very violated. I went home and wrote up a terrible review at the time, but decided not to send it. I decided to let them get through their growing pains and give them the benefit of a doubt.
