Review content:
I have dined at Prime 121 several times. We continue to go back because the food is exquisite. However the service is less than average. The hostess is delightfully adorable and will make sure you have a table you are happy with. I would recommend sitting at the bar, because I have nothing awful to say about any of the bartenders. My favorite is Courtney, she also will make sure you are happy with your experience. I have however had several negative encounters with the servers. If you are going for the first time make sure that you do not dine with 3 servers; Sean, Matt and Greg. All of our ecounters with these servers have been flat out awful. Combined together they are rude, carry a cloud of cigarette smoke and have made errors on our orders several times. I would recommend asking for Peter or Eric. My only other complaint would be the owner. I would describe him as tactless, un-approachable and disrespectful.
