My friends and I were trying to go out to dinner tonight for crawfish. We had a party of 8, and we were expecting to pay at least $150 in crawfish alone (they said they had 150 pounds left; we were probably going to order at least 25 pounds), but they refused to seat us. First we were told we had to wait 30 minutes, which was fine. Then they claimed they couldn't push the tables together and wouldn't make any effort to try to arrange something to accommodate us. Meanwhile, parties of 2 and 4 were seated while we were waiting. If you can fit them in, you could have definitely accommodated us too. We were going to spend a lot of money, but instead we had to leave because not even the manager was willing to do anything to help us out.
Never going to try this place again. I can't even say anything about their food because I've never had it, but I certainly won't be giving it a shot now. We'll find somewhere else for our crawfish, and I'd recommend everyone else do this same. My friends left incredibly angry and upset that none of the staff cared, and that we were totally overlooked when there was plenty of room for us, and it nearly ruined our night.
